A few people arrived along with a few more couches, and overall the day was more about talking and socialising than about productivity. The music consisted of a nice mix of humppa and politically incorrect marches.
Despite that WTH still hadn't officially started, OpenBSD seemed to be on the minds of quite a few people. A significant number of people came by to buy CD sets, jackets, drink beer, humppa or just see what was going on.
Around 22:00 the network was online but wasn't very stable and some people were getting the wrong addresses (RFC1918 as opposed to publically routable ones), and it seemed like someone was trying to do arp poisoning attacks on the router.
The lack of network had an interesting effect on the amount of alcohol intake and subsequent loss of personal property in the ditches around the village.
You can see some pictures in this gallery.
We will try to keep you informed during the whole event.

Wim is really busy all the time doing stuff like coordinating stuff, getting more couches, selling merchandise (you should see his face when girls come by and want to buy bikinis!) and finding labour for doing various things.
If you're not already here, just get down to the village and talk to someone and we'll find out something.
