Author Peter Hansteen (also a co-editor here) tells us that highlights of the new edition include a walkthrough of the new traffic shaping system, a bit more IPv6 material than previous editions and various updates and fixes to the text so it's in line with the recently released OpenBSD 5.5 and will hopefully be useful past OpenbSD 5.6 and some time into the future.
