OpenBSD 4.4 Release party in Amsterdam

Contributed by weerd on from the we-start-our-own-traditions dept.

OpenBSD user Chefren writes to misc@ about a new installment of the OpenBSD release party in Amsterdam. This is the third time the event is being organized and it's becoming quite a tradition. The event will be held in 'Café de Deugniet', Oude Brugsteeg 12 in Amsterdam, on Thursday November 6th, 2008.

If you are a Dutch OpenBSD user, foreign visiting OpenBSD user or just interested, you are cordially invited to join the fun and have a couple of drinks from 20:00 local time. If you would like some food too, please meet at 18:00 in front of the pub.

Please let us know about any other similar events in your area where you celebrate the upcoming official release. And, of course, in anticipation of the event, order your CDs and T-Shirts now (International, Europe).

KL Crowne Plaza gives club level guests free cocktails from 5-7, but only offers Tiger and Heinekin.

Since this isn't the Amsterdam party, I'm drinking teh tiger.
        Sorry, what is Tarik?
