The Man In The Machine - The Last Interview With Itojun

Contributed by sean on from the only the good die young dept.

The last interview of Jun-ichiro "Itojun" Hagino as written by Federico Biancuzzi:

In this interview he reponds to questions about IPv6, security, free software, and the OpenBSD IPv6 Security Audit project. Even though I've never met the man, it seems that his wonderful character peeks out through in his responses.

I take it that the audit didn't get completed, though much respect to the late coder for taking it on himself without the funding.

Actually, my bad, he does say the audit was largely finished.

So did anyone ever learn what happened to the poor chap? Or is this information being kept private? (i.e. shutup and stop asking...)
