Tutorial: Creating an OpenBSD Package

Contributed by grey on from the more-documentation-never-hurts dept.

Thanks to Jose for forwarding this along: Creating an OpenBSD package is very simple, but there is a lack of direct documentation. The various *BSD projects focus more on the more complicated procedure for building and maintaining a port (which includes package building). However, if you have a few binaries and manpages that you are only interested in distributing internally, there is no reason to go through all the steps required to create a port.
